Norma Lou Phillips, 67, of Rohwer, AR died Saturday, February 14, 2015. Norma was born in Okfuskee, OK the daughter of the late Huely and Ethel Foster Pinion. She worked in the sporting goods department at Wal Mart for many years. She also was an in-home sitter and caregiver for many people for over twenty years. Norma also worked at Execter Hospital when she lived in California. She loved animals.

Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon C. Phillips; sisters,
Betty Jean Pinion, Carol Sue Pinion, Bertha Irene Smith, Marcella Colleen Dotson; great-grandson, Louis Alexander Johnson, Jr.

Survivors include son, Damon Phillips and his wife Kelsie of McGehee, AR; daughters, Christina Phillips of Rohwer, AR and Sherrie Clemons of Watson, AR; brothers, Glen Pinion and Kenny Pinion both of California; sisters, Kay Youngblood, Wanda Ayers and Odelene Wyatt all of California. Seven grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-7pm Monday, February 16, 2015 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, AR. Funeral Services will be at 2pm Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at the funeral home chapel with burial at Kelso Cemetery.
