Obituary for Joseph Arthur Gadpaille

Joseph Arthur Gadpaille, 93, of Dermott, AR passed away Monday, September 14, 2015. Mr. Gadpaille was born in Sharon, MS a son of the late Jospeh Rudolph and Kathleen Luckett Gadpaille. He was a World War II veteran and a carpenter. He enjoyed gardening and loved to hunt and fish. He also enjoyed wood working. He was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Joseph Ivan Gadpaille, Marie Gadpaille Smith, Christine Gadpaille Baird and Wilma Gadpaille Haley. Survivors include his wife of 67 years Helen Frazier Gadpaille; daughters, Beverly Stevenson and her husband Carl Lee of Dermott, AR and Ramona Sheridan and her husband Richard of Madison, MS; granddaughter Amanda L. Hooper of San Diego, CA; sister Rose Potestio of Pueblo, CO; sister-in-law Helen B. Gadpaille of Castle Rock, CO.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, September 18, 2015 at Canton City Cemetery in Canton, MS with Rev. Kenny Culpepper officiating.
