Condolence From: Brode Morgan
Condolence: Arthur was a gentleman. His acquaintance with me was in my parents senior years in Bellaire. He was a friend to our family in the loss of my father, Doss Morgan. His woodwork interest and laid back style matched them well.
Peace to all his family and friends.

Condolence: Although I did get to spend a great deal of time with Mr. Gadpaille, I had the greatest regard for him because of his friendship with my parents, Doss and Velma Morgan of Dermott. He was a good man and a good friend. I am sorry for your loss.

Condolence: I was 14 years old when I began working for my dad'd construction company and first met Mr. Gadpaille. He was a finish carpenter for my dad'd company in Jackson, MS. Mr. Gadpaille showed me what an excellent cabinet maker he was in addition to any other type carpentry that he dealt with. He took great pride in his work and he was a favorite with his boss who had him to personally build a boat from scratch in the company warehouse. Years later, I rode in that boat. Mr. Gadpaille was color blind and often asked me to help with any color issue. He was a true gentleman and helped formulate my early life. I am proud to say that I knew him over fifty-three years ago.
