Condolence: Frances was very near and dear to my heart. She was beautiful on the inside and out. She was a great friend to our family and we all loved her very much.

Condolence: Frances was a very dear friend. When I was initiated into the Eastern Star Keystone Chapter 349, she served as Electa. We traveled together when I was dating my husband, to the Worthy Grand Matron's visits. Several times, her late sweet husband, Martin, would go with us. Those were some very special times and I will always treasure them. Frances will be greatly missed. Rest in Love my dear friend.
