My heart ached when Mr. Charles Poole told me of his father's death. It was as though I had lost a loved one or a close friend. Mr. Poole and I had a friendship because he loved to read the paper and I delivered the paper to his son Charles Poole. I started delivering Mr. Poole a paper but he lived to far out. So I love helping the elderly. I would meet him at the church on Highway 8. Mr. Poole said that not was to far to drive so he continued to drive to Doublequick and get a paper. I just saw him AR Doublequick getting his paper the other day with his wife in the truck. I spoke Hey Mr. Poole, I was always glad to see him. I loved and I will miss that guy. my prayers go out to the family

Condolence: I guess I have know Mr Gene all my life growing up he and mrs mildred were one of our closest neighbors I have many memories of the Poole family. Years later when I worked at the sale barn he always had a hug for me. He was a true southern gentlemen
