Jagtar Kaur 84, of McGehee, AR passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Select Specialty Hospital in Little Rock, AR.
Mrs. Kaur was born in Hari Pur, India on September 2, 1929 to the late Karam Singh and Charn Kaur. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by three brothers; Tahal Singh, Amreek Singh, Swarn Singh and a sister Harbans Kaur.
She loved cooking, knitting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Kaur is survived by her husband of 68 years Gurmukh Singh, two sons; Gursarn Singh (Patricia) and Igbal Singh (Baldish) both of McGehee, AR, a sister Mohinder Kaur of Kalkutta, India, six grandchildren; Amanda Tyree, Samantha Chaney, Rebekah Singh, Tarvinder Singh and Barinder Kaur, Dilawer Singh and three great grandchildren; Liam Tyree, Sidney Tyree and Bella Chaney.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7pm Friday, September 13, 2013 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service. Funeral Service will be 2pm Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Griffin-Culpepper Chapel with Rev. Kenny Culpepper officiating.
