Van Dyke of Findley, OH; daughters, Dawne Trytko of Findley, OH; brother, Steven Van Dyke of Warsaw, IN; sisters, Penny Hartman of Chicago, IL, Frances Abusara of Kenosha, WI, Bonita Slanasky of Hastings, NE, and Susan Strickland of Lake Village, AR; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
