Larry Wallace New, 62, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away Friday, July 7, 2017 in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born on September 25, 1954 in Greenville, MS to the late Austin New and the late Maple Willowdean Noland Floyd. Larry worked in construction as a heavy equipment operator for over 40 years. Larry loved dogs. He loved football, the McGehee Owls, and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan.

Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Cindy New. Survivors include his son, Paul New of Monticello, AR; daughters, Angela New of Tampa, FL, Stephanie New of Tampa, FL, and Ashley New of Tampa, FL; brother, Ronnie (Terri) New of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Elijah Weaver and Adilynn New.

Visitation will be held at 1-2pm Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service Chapel in McGehee, AR. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm following the visitation at the funeral home with Rev. Kenny Culpepper officiating. Burial will be held at McGehee Cemetery in McGehee, AR.
