Lillian Christine Lampkin, 86, of Monticello, AR passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018. Lillian was born on August 27, 1931 in Gould, AR to the late Elijah Hall and Onie Thomas Hall. She was a fantastic mother and housewife. Lillian loved to quilt and enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening. She made homemade biscuits three times a day. Lillian was a member of Arkansas City Baptist Church.

Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Hoyt Hall and Buddy Hall; sisters, Bonnie Herman and Earl Wolfe. Survivors include her sons, Lavon Lampkin, Jr. and his wife, Leta of McGehee, AR and Chris Lampkin and his wife, Shaun of Monticello, AR; daughters, Rita Kaye Kolb and her husband, James and Cynthia Ann Westmoreland and her husband, Robert of Arkansas City, AR; sister, Gracie Deweese of Dumas, AR; grandchildren, Audra Leigh Kolb, Kirby McCallie, Josh Stringfellow, Caleb Lampkin and Kai Lampkin; great-grandchildren, Dorian Lampkin and Levi McCallie.

Visitation will be held 6-7 pm Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, AR. Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Friday, February 2, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. Gene Gregory officiating. Burial will be at Tyro Cemetery in Tyro, AR.
