Condolence: We met Jordan through my parents, Norris & Susan Gaynor. They were close friends that communicated almost daily via Skype and shared a passion for ham radio. Michael and I would like to send our condolences to Carla and family. We know that Jordan is greatly missed by his "Skype Family."

Condolence: Another ham buddy here to pay tribute to a wonderful individual and close friend on the air. Jordan was one of those people who genuinely cared for others and let it be known through acts of kindness and concern. Several years ago we had a group that met on the air every evening. One of the guys was restricted to walking with a cane. Jordan made a new cane for him, and at one of our annual get togethers, each guy autographed the cane and Jordan presented it to him. Another time, he presented each of our members with a voice DVD of one of our many evenings on the air, and made it official that our group name would be the "Hamigos" He was a very active member of our group and frequently inquired about members who were absent for more than a couple of meetings. All of us really enjoyed hearing him come on the air. He always had some sort of story or an anecdotical twist to fire up the group and start the conversation. One evening I made reference to my spouse as "My Honey". Jordan grabbed ahold of that phrase, and she became known as "My Honey" to people all over the country. He was a gentle giant of a man and will be sorely missed. Marshall Simmons, W6MWS

Condolence: To Jordan's family and friends, I have known Jordan for almost 10 years via Ham radio. We talked most every night for many years and I was fortunate to meet him several times in person at Hamfests in Dallas and once while camping in NW Arkansas when he paid me a surprise visit. Jordan was a true gentleman and a man of great faith. He and I were known to, in his words, solve "all the world's problems" many nights on the radio. On several of these occasions we would come around to discuss our purpose on this earth and he would quote Ecclesiastes 12:13 "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man." Jordan not only believed this - he lived it. I am a better man because I knew him and know that he had many Ham radio friends and will be missed by the Ham radio community.

Condolence: Dear Carla and family, we just learned one hour ago on Friday, Sept 7, 2018 of Jordan's passing. We met about two years ago on Ham Radio and have been one of his Skype friends since then. Our hearts go out to your entire family and all of his friends that have been touched by this wonderful and giving human being. His friendship will be missed immensely but his memory will live on in our hearts. May the lord bless Jordan and the entire Robinson family. We send our love, Norris and Susan Gaynor, Canton, Georgia

Condolence: We are so sorry for the loss of your loved one and certainly a shock to us all. Having lived in McGehee on two different occasions and attending the First Baptist Church we got to know Jordan and his family. A wonderful individual and business person. He will be missed by us all but we have comfort in knowing he is now in a better place. However, his memories will be with us forever. May our Lord bless and comfort all the family during this time of loss. Our prayers are with you during this sad time. God bless. Jerry & Ann
