Carol Ann Russell Smith, 58, of McGehee, AR passed away, Sunday, October 28, 2018. She was born on March 30, 1960 in Dermott, Arkansas to the late Robert and Helen Yvonne Sizemore Russell. Carol was an employee of Hoots BBQ in McGehee, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Bill Smith of McGehee, AR. There are no services scheduled at this time.
