Obituary for Lannie Jane Mangum
Lannie Jane Mangum, 78, of Arkansas City, AR passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019. Jane was born May 10, 1940 in Dermott, AR to the late Lannie Dewey and Johnnie Weldon Bradley. Jane was an avid reader, loved western movies and liked to sew. She was a member of Arkansas City Baptist Church in Arkansas City, AR.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Rubin Mangum and her son, Marion Mangum. Survivors include her son, Dean (Nancy) Mangum of Fayetteville, AR; daughters, Lila Mangum of Arkansas City, AR and Nina (Charles) Brock of Hot Springs, AR; sister, Judy Easley of Bloomberg, TX; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren and lots of beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 1-2pm Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at Arkansas City Baptist Church in Arkansas City, AR. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00pm at the church with Rev. Jody Gannaway and Rev. Gene Gregory officiating. Burial will be at Tillar Cemetery.
