Obituary for DeEtte Yancy
DeEtte Yancy, 70, of Lake Village, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019. She was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 3, 1948 to the late Dewitt and Lois Fern Wright Huebner. DeEtte worked almost 25 years at Chicot Memorial Medical Center in Lake Village, AR. She loved sports, especially the Razorbacks.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her sons, Jimmy (Melissa) Yancy of Bismark AR and Shane Sabbatini of Eudora, AR; daughter, Sandra (Kevin) Poplin of Woodlawn, AR; 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at 1:00-2:00pm Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Eudora Baptist Church in Eudora, AR. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00pm at the church with Rev. Kenny Culpepper officiating. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery in Monticello, AR.
