Mildred Louise Hunt, 84, of McGehee, AR passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Delta Memorial Hospital in Dumas, AR. Mrs. Hunt was born December 5, 1934 in Judsonia, AR a daughter of the late Emmitt Buel Smith and Irma Thompson Smith. She worked as a seamstress at McGehee Industries for many years. She loved to bake cakes, pies and rolls. She was a member of Hopedale Baptist Church.

Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years James Hunt; sisters, Joyce Robertson and Mona Jordan; brother, Richard Smith; son, Mike Hunt, and infants Mark and David Hunt.

Survivors include daughter, Linda Tedder and her husband Loyd of Dumas, AR; sister, Jewel Miller of Mountain View, AR; granddaughters, Melanie Harvey and her husband Russell of Dumas and Kim Williams and her husband Aaron of Dermott, AR; great-grandsons, A.J. Williams and Kirk Harvey; great-granddaughter Heather Dykes; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Monday, June 10, 2019 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, AR. Graveside Funeral Servivces will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Hopedale Baptist Church Cemetery in Winchester, AR. Arrangements by Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, AR.
