Obituary for Thelma Jane Adams
Thelma Jane Adams, 88, of Dermott, Arkansas passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019. She was born in Leachville, Arkansas on April 1, 1931 to the late Frank Fouts and Cloe Magdaline Winemiller Fouts. Jane was locally active with many civic organizations in the Dermott Area. She loved her church, longtime friends and family. Jane was a world traveler. She was a member of Dermott United Methodist Church.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Adams; son, Roger Dale Morgan; grandson, Kevin Morgan; brothers, Earl W. Fouts, Virgil Fouts, J.C. Fouts and Wilbern Fouts. Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Morgan Causey of Richland, MO; grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held at 1:00-2:00 pm Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Dermott United Methodist Church in Dermott, AR. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm at the church with Rev. Terry Lynn Brunnell and Rev. James Faulk officiating. Burial will be at Dermott Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dermott United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 156, Dermott, AR 71638.
