Obituary for James Alfred Ethridge JR
James Alfred Ethridge, Jr (Pop) passed away July 29, 2020. He was born February 11, 1929 to James Alfred Ethridge SR. and Velma Sue Haven in Warren, Arkansas.
He was a life-long resident of Dermott, Arkansas. He was a life-time carpenter, a member of Temple Baptist Church. He loved to hunt and ride the backroads with his sons. He is preceded in death by his parents James and Velma Ethridge of Dermott, Arkansas, by his son Joe Mack Ethridge of Dermott, Arkansas, and Jackie Lynn Ethridge, two brothers Charles and Jerry Ethridge, and two granddaughters Michelle and tori, and one grandson Josephe Ethridge.
He is survived by wife Ola Juanite Ethridge who he was happily married to for 73 years; one son Jimmy Ethridge (Wife Alicedo) , one daughter Karen (Husband Dewen Whitsell), 14 grandkids, 19 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
