Obituary for Kaleigh Thompson Walser

Kaleigh Thompson Walser, 33, of McGehee, Arkansas passed away peacefully on January 12, 2021. Kaleigh was born on December 4, 1987 to Teresa French Coleman of McGehee, AR and Rick Thompson of Warren, AR. She graduated from McGehee High in 2006, where she made many memories and friends on the cheer squad. She attended the University of Arkansas and was on the dean’s list. Kaleigh continued her education at Aveda of Chicago and obtained her esthetician license and was knowledgeable about nature and beauty.
Kaleigh was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, James French “Paw Paw” of McGehee, AR; paternal grandparents, Rena Sue “Reno” and James White of McGehee, AR and her uncle, Danny French of McGehee, AR. She is survived by her three beautiful children, Victoria Caine, Noah and Story Walser; mother Teresa French Coleman and step-father, Victor Coleman of McGehee, AR; father, Rick Thompson of Warren, AR; maternal grandmother, Nadine French of McGehee, AR; paternal grandparents, Richard and Pam Thompson of Warren, AR; sister Nicole Haynes and brother-in-law, Joey Haynes of Hensley, AR; niece, Cambri Haynes and nephew, Drake Haynes of Hensley, AR and a countless number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
To know Kaleigh was to love her. She loved her children, her family and her friends dearly. Her smile could light up a room, even on the darkest of days. She never met a stranger and the many friendships she has made can attest to that. Kaleigh had an eye for beauty and enjoyed the philosophy of art. Those close to her will never forget her amazing personality, her beautiful smile or her contagious laugh.
A celebration of life service for Kaleigh will be held at a later date and will be announced by her family.
