Jerry Don Sledge, MSgt (Ret), 74, of Little Rock, AR passed away Monday August 23, 2021. Jerry was born in Monticello, AR on November 28, 1946 to the late Earl Sledge and Ovie Stevenson Sledge. He was a 1965 graduate of Dermott, AR and served with the United States Army National Guard for over forty years. After retiring from the National Guard he got his real estate license and sold real estate for a few years. Jerry loved to hunt and fish.. He also enjoyed making knives and working on his jeep. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church. His grandchildren called him Papa.

Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 53years Carolyn Mangum Sledge.
Survivors include his son, Dax Sledge and his wife Hayley of Little Rock, AR; daughter, Tiffany Kehayov and her husband Anguel of Little Rock, AR; sister, Virginia Pierson and her husband R.V also of Little Rock, AR; grandchildren, Eden Sledge, Emi Kehayov and Wilder Kehayov;
Numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside Services will be held at 10 am Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Tillar Cemetery Pavilion with Rev. Kenny Culpepper officiating.
