Jessie Lou Murray, 75, of McGehee, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022. She was born in Winnsboro, Louisiana on July 20, 1946 to the late Clarence Vanburen Flowers and Letha Mae Hayes Flowers. She was a dispatcher for the Lake Village City Police Department for many years. Jessie enjoyed working puzzles of all kinds. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren. Jessie was a member of Twin Oaks Baptist Church of Bastrop, LA.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Murray; brothers, Clarence Flowers, Jr. and William Flowers; sisters, Aletha Flowers, Jackie Flowers and Vanessa Flowers. Survivors include her daughters, Deborah Burns of Southaven, MS, Tangela (Kenny) Breedlove of Hamburg, AR and Dava Hocking of McGehee, AR; brother, Harold Flowers of Bastrop, LA; 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
