Leslie “Les” James Moore, 39, of McGehee, AR passed away Monday, January 16, 2023. Les was born on July 1, 1983 in Torrance, California to the late Leslie Neal Moore and Alicia Sandoval Moore. Les liked to hunt and fish. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He attended Grace Freewill Baptist Church in McGehee, AR.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ashley Derryberry Moore. Survivors include his mother, Alicia Moore of McGehee, AR; son, Haven Moore of McGehee, AR; daughter, Mallory Moore of Montrose, AR; sisters, Catherine Moore Sandifer of Halley, AR, Virginia Moore of McGehee, AR, Norma Medrano Moore of McGehee, AR and Elizabeth Sandoval of Los Angeles, CA .
Visitation will be held at 1:00-2:00 pm Saturday, January 21, 2023 at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee, AR. A celebration of life service will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral home chapel with Bro. Johnny Carter officiating.
