Sarah Elizabeth Rice, 93, of El Dorado, AR formerly of Lake Village, AR left this life for her heavenly home on December 13, 2019 at Timberlane Health & Rehabilitation in El Dorado, AR.

Elizabeth was born November 6, 1926 in Vick, AR to the late Lucion Senn and Daisy Pate. She was happily married to the late Thomas Edward Rice of Lake Village, AR for 41 years. She was dedicated to her family as a wonderful homemaker and she enjoyed crocheting, reading and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a talented and creative seamstress as well as a fabulous cook. Elizabeth was a member of Bayou Mason Baptist Church where she faithfully served for many years.
Other than her parents and her husband she was preceded in death by and infant son, Edward Dean Rice.
Survivors include her children and their spouses; Joyce (Jerry) Gregory of Lake Village, AR, Bonnie (Tom) Miears of El Dorado, AR, Eddy (Carlis) Rice of Russellville, AR and Robert (Mitzi) Rice of Monticello, AR; grandchildren, Steve Gregory, Boyd Gregory, Beth Miears Presley, Kristie Miears Frost, Sandy Rice Zwick, Denton Rice and Neil Rice; great-grandchildren, Edward Gregory, Emanuel Gregory, Evie Wedgeworth, Austin Gregory, Anna Grace Gregory, Hannah Stewart, Rebekah Farnell, Caleb Presley, Joshua Frost, Tess Frost, McKenzie Rice, Drake Rice, Paislee Rice, Gage Rice and Reagan Rice; great-great-grandchildren, Jackson Daniel Gregory, Emmett Jackson Farnell and Ember Reign Wedgeworth.
Visitation will be 10-11 am Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Bayou Mason Baptist Church, 723 Airport Rd., Lake Village, AR 71653. Funeral services will follow at 11 am at Bayou Mason Baptist Church with Jeff Presley officiating. Burial will be in Bayou Mason Baptist Church cemetery.
